These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nd111.club and all services offered on the platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.
Introduction

1. Eligibility
Access to nd111 and use of any of its gaming or betting services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. nd111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and must remain so throughout the lifetime of your account.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or exclusion imposed by nd111 at the time of or following registration.
- You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Creation of accounts for others, use of another person's account, or allowing others to use your account are all prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly should it change. nd111 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time.
2. Account Registration
Each eligible person may hold only one active account on nd111. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of accounts on the platform:
- Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If nd111 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify nd111 support immediately.
- nd111 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal or at any point during the account lifecycle.
- Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. nd111 will notify the account holder by the registered contact method prior to any action being taken on a dormant account.
nd111 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, contact support at [email protected] immediately. Proactively resolving a duplicate account may be taken into account when determining whether balances are forfeited.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on nd111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard transactions. nd111 does not charge any fees on deposits. Processing times for deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically instant subject to the payment provider's availability.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account and that is registered in the account holder's name. nd111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. nd111 reserves the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
- nd111 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
- Cryptocurrencies are not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on nd111. All payments must be made through the approved channels listed in the Payments section of the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
nd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:
- Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover amount and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual bonus offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- nd111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before its wagering requirement has been met, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the account.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously through separate accounts or by any other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the nd111 platform. Bonuses may not be exchanged, sold, or transferred between accounts. Free spins issued as part of a bonus are subject to the same wagering requirement rules unless otherwise stated.
nd111 may run seasonal promotions tied to cricket seasons (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other Bangladeshi calendar events. All such promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional conditions stated in the promotion itself.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on nd111 are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules as provided by the supplier and uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer systems as appropriate. The following general game-play rules also apply:
- All bets are final once confirmed. nd111 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a proven technical fault that materially affected the outcome of the game or event.
- In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game or sports bet, nd111 will use system logs to determine the state of the game or bet at the time of disconnection. The result determined from those logs will be final.
- Maximum winnings from a single bet or spin are subject to limits which may vary by game and by promotion. Where a maximum payout limit applies, any winnings above that limit will be automatically capped and the excess will not be credited to the account.
- nd111 prohibits any use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nd111. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud, including but not limited to use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargebacks made in bad faith, or providing false personal information.
- Money laundering or any attempt to use nd111 as a vehicle for illegal financial activity. nd111 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or coordinating betting patterns across multiple accounts .
- Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, exploiting promotional loopholes, or using technical methods to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other mechanism not sanctioned by nd111 to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud — nd111 employs automated fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity are reviewed by a compliance team. Where fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. There are no exceptions to this policy.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
nd111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to suspension or termination:
- nd111 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
- Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting nd111 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Where an account is closed by nd111 for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, prohibited conduct), any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. nd111 shall have no liability to the player in respect of forfeited funds where the closure is the result of the player's own conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on nd111.club — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of nd111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from nd111.club without the prior written consent of nd111. Any unauthorised use of nd111 content may expose you to civil and criminal liability. The nd111 brand name and logo are trademarks of nd111 and may not be used without written authorisation.
9. Limitation of Liability
nd111 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nd111 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. nd111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall nd111, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or service providers be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if nd111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
nd111 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider delays, or any other technical issue outside nd111's direct control. Players are advised to maintain adequate internet connectivity and to use supported devices and browsers when accessing the platform. In the event of a platform outage, nd111 will communicate updates through its official channels.
10. Responsible Gaming
nd111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players. nd111 provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools that players can activate at any time through their account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain healthy gaming habits.
